Elk, pork, beef, water, salt, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, smoked sugar(water, hardwood smoked sugar) mustard seed, spices, granulated garlic, extractives of turmeric, lactic acid starter, culture, sodium nitrite. Note: Spicy version also contains crushed red pepper.
Bison Summer Sausage Ingredients:
