As a young boy at home Mike mastered Grandma's recipe for Carrot Cake and soon baked it in the O & H Danish Bakery for customers to enjoy. The moist carrot is layered and frosted with a light cream cheese butter icing, adorned on the sides with fancy premium pecans and decorated on top with small carrot decorations. Each carrot cake serves 10 - 12.
