Amy's Gourmet Apples are all natural - no hydrogenated oils or preservatives are used. We take extra fancy JUMBO Granny Smith apples (firm & slightly tart) and dunk them into our vat of homemade buttery caramel. The toppings cover the entire apple all the way up to the stick.
