It is perfectly spiced, moist carrot cake baked into a flaky, layered crust. Then it is topped with sweet vanilla icing and chopped walnuts. Slice it up and serve with coffee!
Serves 8-12 people. 22 oz. May be frozen for 5 to 6 months. Kringle can be served warm or at room temperature. To warm a Kringle, remove from packaging and place on cookie sheet in the oven at 275 degrees for about 3-5 minutes, or on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave for about 7-10 seconds.
