Grandma's famous carrot cake is baked inside flaky pastry and finished with a smooth and velvety cream cheese filling. It is then festively adorned with the colors of Spring. This Kringle would be the perfect gift for Easter, or would be a lovely accompaniment to your Easter morning breakfast, or could be served as a tasty dessert. Please note that the pastry itself, hand-made by O&H Danish Bakery, requires a minimum of three days preparation. During that time layer upon layer of golden Wisconsin creamery butter is folded and rolled into the pastry dough.
Kringle is a deliciously rich, yet feather-light and flaky pastry. You will receive TWO Carrot Cake Kringles in this WisconsinMade exclusive 2-pack. Each Kringle serves 8-12. We recommend refrigerating or freezing to store; Kringles may be frozen 5-6 months. To warm, remove from package and place in a 350 degree oven for approximately 3 minutes, or warm as needed in a microwave oven.
